If Telemarketers or those who conduct Surveys over the phone do not get paid because people will not give the?

Do you think this will have an effect on the economy?
Quick thought to think about while answering this question:
We all need to work to pay the bills and put food on the tables and be a consumer to help pay into the economy to keep it growing strong.

There is a difference between Surveyors and Telemarketers, Telemarketers get paid by percentage of what they sale, and Surveyors get paid by the hour from whatever company they work for. Most Surveying companies are paid by corporations to do surveys on new products or find out the best way to sell a less popular product. Most all Surveying companies usually pay the person answering the questions for their time. Me and my Husband have gone to the mall so many times and done surveys and made so much money, one time we left with over a $100 just for answering a few questions, tasting some new mints or crackers, or watching a film clip and giving our opinion!
Hope I helped!
God Bless!

yes they do get paid…practically peanuts…But I think your question is weather or not we support the telemarketers, and; of course, their right to survive & prosper????????………Here's the thing:….If I need something, I'll get it…I'll use whatever resourses I have and accomplish the mission….I don't need some college kid calling me on home phone wanting to know if I need my chimney swept…Piss-Off!!!………I respect the "telemarketer", per se'…I understand & recognize the constitutional pursuit of happiness, but fer' chrissakes…

You're way too deep for the rest of us. You listen to them, I'll hang up on them.

The fact that it has an effect on the economy makes it an integral part of the economy… even those crack heads you see out there everyday effect the economy but also benefit the economy.. how.. well.. think about it.. all them jobs out there…
